Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the specific fitness equipment you wish to return.

  Prepare the Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging, including all bolts, resistance bands, or accessories, and securely seal the box for transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a heavy-freight pickup for larger machines.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment for quality assurance, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement gear within 3-5 business days.
